Key elements for discussion include: previous training, current training, injuries, illnesses, current exercise schedules, any aches & pains, lifestyle, diet, sleep patterns, employment, stress levels, current life pressures and family history.
The consultation is a highly informative and educational process that will enhance even the biggest fitness enthusiast’s knowledge base or guide the complete fitness novice in the right direction to achieving their fitness goals.
