This is often why so many of us fail at getting fit, if we all look so different, why do we often all train in the same way? It just doesn’t make sense.
Faye’s consistent success with clients involves underpinning her work with a highly accurate diagnosis of the clients lifestyle and body type; which has to be acknowledged and understood by the client before moving on to an individualized training plan. Faye’s aim is to educate her clients so that they can happily train themselves in the future and feel confident in the knowledge that they are exercising correctly, safely and effectively with their current goal in mind.
