Her initial training as a Clinical Sports Therapist in 1996 coupled with her extensive experience and the revolutionary thinking and research emanating from the fitness boom in the late 90s, has seen her work evolve into the areas of Functional Training and Lifestyle Coaching. Faye’s own matter of fact, no-nonsense approach to her work is not only inspiring, but quite simply life changing.
She believes the requirements for success involve underpinning her work with a highly accurate diagnosis of her client’s body type, current mindset and lifestyle. Once the key problem areas have been highlighted to the client, this will provide the basis for a lifestyle approach that is simple, beneficial, enjoyable and rewarding; the key elements to a successful and healthy life.
Faye believes each body requires a minimum input of a particular essential fitness ingredient, be it: a cleaner diet, clearer mindset, better scheduled training sessions, more relaxation, some functional training or just a general lifestyle tweak or two.
