Faye realized that the route to success in Personal Training was to remove the rigid elements inherent in most fitness regimes and substitute them for a totally personal and unique program to enhance the client’s self-knowledge and fitness requirements. Becoming ‘fit’ is a process unique to each person and operates on a physical and emotional level.
Faye believes that each person’s body requires a minimum input of a particular essential fitness ingredient, be it a cleaner diet, clearer mindset, physical balance, more relaxation, muscular synthesis or a change in some aspects of their current lifestyle.
Due to her particular ability to recognize the minute changes that are required with in her clients, she is well-placed to help administer them, deal with the emotional changes that often arise and ease her clients into a happier, more fulfilled and balanced life.
